1. Product Overview

CBHC external gear pump is a fixed displacement high-pressure external meshing hydraulic gear pump. It adopts floating axial clearance automatic compensation structure and radial pressure balance mechanism, effectively reducing internal leakage and maintaining high volumetric efficiency under long-time continuous operation.

Multiple configurations are optional, including drive shaft form, mounting flange, oil port arrangement and rotation direction. It can be used as interchange spare parts for mobile engineering machinery and general hydraulic equipment maintenance.

3. Working Principle

The driving shaft drives a pair of meshing gears to rotate inside the pump cavity. Vacuum is generated on the suction side to suck hydraulic oil. The gears deliver hydraulic oil to the pressure side and transport pressurized oil into the hydraulic circuit.

The floating compensation plate automatically compensates axial clearance caused by friction wear, suppresses internal leakage and ensures stable working performance under continuous operation.
