1. Product Overview

CBT-F4 external gear pump is a fixed displacement high-pressure external meshing hydraulic gear pump. Equipped with floating axial clearance automatic compensation structure, the pump effectively minimizes internal leakage and maintains stable volumetric efficiency under continuous working conditions.

Multiple configurations are optional, including drive shaft type, mounting flange, oil port direction and rotation direction. It can be used as interchange spare parts for mobile engineering machinery and general hydraulic equipment overhaul.

3. Working Principle

The driving shaft drives a pair of meshing gears to rotate in the pump cavity. Vacuum is generated on the suction side to draw hydraulic oil into the pump. The gears transport hydraulic oil to the pressure side and deliver pressurized oil to the hydraulic circuit.

The floating compensation plate automatically compensates axial clearance produced by friction wear, restrains internal leakage and ensures reliable long-term operation.
