The contact pins are made of high elasticity beryllium copper with multi optional gold plating grades from gold flash to 30 microinch gold, plus uniform nickel underplating to resist oxidation and lower contact resistance within 30 milliohm maximum. The black insulator adopts 30 percent glass filled LCP thermoplastic with UL94V-0 flame retardant rating, capable of enduring 260 degree Celsius reflow soldering for 10 seconds and steady operation from minus 55 degrees Celsius to 125 degrees Celsius. Electrical parameters cover 250V AC rated voltage, 2A minimum rated current, 1000 megohm minimum insulation resistance and 1000V AC one minute dielectric withstand voltage. Mechanically, it supports 5000 mating cycles with minimum 60g normal holding force and 100g full stroke force, and all dimensional sizes are produced under precise tolerance limits.
