Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd. independently designs and manufactures the 1.27mm pitch dual row SMT female header with overall width 3.1mm and height 2.1mm, a compact board to board connection component dedicated to miniature electronic circuit signal and power transmission. This female header supports customizable pin counts ranging from 2 pins to 80 pins, with two structural versions available including type A without locating pegs and type B equipped with positioning pegs to guarantee accurate PCB mounting alignment. The conductive terminals are crafted from premium brass material with multiple surface plating selections such as gold flash, selective half gold and pure tin plating to satisfy different anti oxidation and conductive requirements. The insulating housing adopts PA6T thermoplastic material graded UL94 V 0 flame retardant, delivering stable performance within the operating temperature scope of minus 65 degrees Celsius to 125 degrees Celsius. Its core electrical specifications cover 1A rated current per contact, minimum 1000 megohm insulation resistance, maximum 20 milliohm contact resistance and 500V AC dielectric withstand voltage. All critical dimensions are produced under tight tolerance standards, and assorted packaging solutions including tape and reel, tray, tube and bag are offered to adapt to automated SMT assembly lines. This surface mount female header is designed for automatic PCB reflow soldering assembly. Production workers use SMT pick and place equipment to attach the connector to preset circuit board pads, then complete high temperature reflow welding to achieve firm fixation and reliable electrical connection. It is extensively adopted in liquid crystal display modules, digital cameras, portable communication devices, industrial control panels, digital household appliances, electronic toys, notebook peripherals and precision measuring instruments. During application, users must avoid long term current overload exceeding 1A per pin to prevent terminal heating and contact failure. Excessively high soldering temperature should be avoided to prevent deformation of the PA6T plastic insulator, and finished connectors need sealed dry storage to stop brass terminals from being oxidized by moisture and air.
