1. Product Overview

K3V112DTP is Kawasaki tandem variable displacement swashplate axial piston pump, widely adopted as the main hydraulic pump for 20-ton class excavators.

This model features a built-in PTO (Power Take-off) port on the pump housing, which distinguishes it from standard K3V112DT. It can install auxiliary pumps or drive additional working devices. Equipped with negative flow control or electronic proportional control regulators, it realizes automatic adjustment of flow and pressure according to load changes.

Both original Kawasaki pumps and high-quality interchange aftermarket replacement pumps are available for equipment maintenance and overhaul.

3. Working Principle

The engine drives the pump main shaft and cylinder block assembly to rotate. The reciprocating movement of pistons pushes hydraulic oil from suction cavity to pressure cavity.

The swashplate tilt angle can be adjusted by the servo piston inside the regulator. When the external load changes, the regulator automatically changes the pump displacement to match the required flow and pressure.

The reserved PTO output port can transmit power to auxiliary hydraulic components, realizing multi-pump combined drive.
