Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd. independently develops and produces the 3.96mm pitch 180 degree VH Wafer Connector Series, a classic wire to board connector dedicated to stable power and signal transmission between wiring harnesses and printed circuit boards. This series supports adjustable pin counts ranging from 2 pins to 16 pins with unified 3.96mm pitch standard, all key dimensions are manufactured under strict tolerance specifications to guarantee precise mating consistency. The conductive pins are made of high quality brass with full tin plating treatment, effectively preventing oxidation and limiting maximum contact resistance to 20 milliohms. The insulating shell adopts UL94 V0 flame retardant nylon 66 material, enabling stable continuous operation within the temperature range of minus 25 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius. Excellent electrical performances include rated voltage of 250V AC DC, 7A rated current per circuit, minimum 1000 megohm insulation resistance and 1500V AC one minute dielectric withstand voltage. All finished products fully comply with RoHS and REACH European environmental regulations, suitable for bulk export to global electronic markets. Multiple packaging choices such as tube, tray and bulk bag are available to satisfy manual assembly and automated production demands respectively.
This straight through hole wafer connector is installed via through hole soldering on PCB boards. Operators insert the connector pins into reserved PCB holes then complete soldering to achieve firm mechanical fixation and reliable electrical connection, and it can be perfectly matched with corresponding VH series wire harness plugs for quick plug and unplug assembly.
