K3V112DTP-YTOK Hydraulic Piston Pump
1. Product Overview
K3V112DTP-YTOK is Kawasaki tandem variable swashplate axial piston pump, widely used as main hydraulic power unit for 20-ton class crawler excavators.
This twin pump structure is equipped with PTO power take-off port (differentiated from K3V112DT without PTO interface). The suffix code YTOK defines regulator assembly, oil port layout, spline shaft specification, rotation direction and installation dimensions for matched excavator models.
High-quality interchange aftermarket pumps are available as cost-effective replacement spare parts for equipment overhaul.
Model Code Explanation

3. Working Principle
The engine drives the main shaft and cylinder block assembly to rotate. The reciprocating movement of pistons completes oil suction and high-pressure oil discharge.
Built-in servo piston automatically adjusts the tilt angle of swashplate according to system load signals, changing pump displacement to regulate output flow.
The reserved PTO port can transmit power to drive auxiliary pumps such as pilot pump and fan pump.
Negative flow control realizes optimal power matching between engine and hydraulic system, reducing overflow energy loss and fuel consumption during excavation operation.
4. Core Advantages
1. Standard tandem double pump structure with reserved PTO interface, convenient for installation of auxiliary hydraulic components.
2. Heavy-duty cast housing, high power density, stable high-pressure output to adapt continuous heavy-load excavation conditions.
3. Precisely ground internal friction pairs, low internal leakage, stable working efficiency under long-hour continuous operation.
4. Optimized flow distribution structure, low vibration and low running noise.
5. Mounting flange, spline shaft and oil port layout fully consistent with original Kawasaki pump, plug-and-play replacement without pipeline modification.
6. Mature aftermarket manufacturing, shorter delivery lead time and competitive cost compared with original OEM pumps.
5. Application Range
Main hydraulic main pump for 20-ton crawler excavators
Typical compatible machine models:
Yanmar, Sumitomo, Hyundai, Sany, XCMG 20-ton excavators equipped with K3V112DTP hydraulic system.
6. Common Faults & Replacement Suggestion
Typical failures: Insufficient digging force, slow boom & arm movement, excessive internal leakage, abnormal knocking noise, shaft seal oil leakage.
Thoroughly flush hydraulic pipelines and replace all hydraulic filter elements before installation. Strictly maintain hydraulic oil cleanliness. Replace the whole pump assembly once cylinder block, piston shoes and valve plate suffer severe abrasion.
