Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd. independently develops the 3.5mm Pin Header Dual Row Straight SMT Type, a reliable connecting component for stable board-to-board and wire-to-board electrical transmission. This series adopts standard 3.5mm pitch with dual row configuration, supporting customizable pin counts ranging from 2 to 40 pins to match diverse circuit layout demands. The insulating housing is molded from UL94 V-0 high-temperature PBT material, capable of withstanding 260°C reflow soldering without warpage. Contacts are stamped from high-quality phosphor bronze, with optional gold or tin plating to meet different anti-oxidation requirements. Key specifications include 5A rated current per contact, 20mΩ max contact resistance, 1000MΩ min insulation resistance and 500V AC dielectric strength, with operating temperature from -40℃ to 125℃. All items comply with RoHS, REACH and UL certification E472792 for global export.
This straight SMT header is designed for automated surface mount assembly, supplied in standard tape and reel packaging to fit automatic pick-and-place machines. Users can mount it on PCB following the official recommended land pattern, then complete soldering via standard reflow process to achieve firm fixation and stable conduction. It is widely applied in automotive electronics, industrial control equipment, household appliances, communication devices, power modules and other mid-size electronic products. During usage, avoid exceeding the 5A rated current per contact to prevent terminal overheating, do not perform excessive reflow cycles to avoid plastic housing deformation, and store idle products in dry sealed surroundings to prevent terminal oxidation.
