Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd. independently designs and manufactures the 3.5mm Pin Header Dual Row Straight Dip Type, a classic through-hole electronic connector dedicated to stable wire to board and PCB internal electrical interconnection. Built on a fixed 3.5mm pin pitch dual row straight layout, this product supports customizable circuit counts ranging from 4 circuits up to 20 circuits to match diversified PCB layout plans. Its insulating body is blended LCP plus 30% glass fiber material reaching UL94 V-0 flame retardant grade, enduring long term high temperature working conditions without deformation. Conductive pins adopt copper alloy raw material, with optional gold plating or tin plating on contact surfaces to deliver outstanding oxidation resistance and stable conductive performance. Standard electrical parameters cover maximum 14A current rating per contact, insulation resistance above 100MΩ under DC 500V, maximum 20 milliohm contact resistance and 500V AC withstand voltage, and it can steadily operate within a temperature scope of -40℃ to +125℃. All products comply with EU RoHS and REACH environmental standards and own UL certification numbered E472792, fully qualified for global export trade.
This through-hole DIP pin header adopts manual plug-in and wave soldering assembly mode. Operators insert its straight pins into reserved through holes on printed circuit boards then complete wave soldering processing to achieve firm mechanical fixation and continuous signal and power transmission.
