3. Working Principle

The fan pump is driven by the engine. It absorbs hydraulic oil and outputs high-pressure oil flow to the fan motor.

The machine ECU continuously monitors engine coolant temperature and hydraulic oil temperature, and transmits control signals to the proportional solenoid valve mounted on the fan pump. The pump changes its displacement to adjust output flow, thereby regulating the rotation speed of the fan motor.

The system achieves intelligent temperature control: the fan runs faster under high temperature and reduces speed at low temperature, avoiding excessive power consumption and lowering fuel consumption.
