Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd. manufactures BT-S-SN-A-502-3 DIP coin cell holders specially designed for CR1632 and CR1620 button batteries to supply steady backup power for PCB electronic circuits. This holder adopts UL94 V-0 black PBT flame retardant plastic base and 0.4mm thick spring steel contacts, supporting multiple plating options including tin, gold flash, 3u to 30u gold to meet different anti-corrosion and conductive demands. It adopts through-hole DIP welding installation with clear positive and negative polarity marks to avoid reverse battery insertion, supplied in tray bag tape and reel packaging for manual and automatic assembly production. This product fits digital cameras, communication equipment, industrial sensors, smart home appliances, electronic toys and precision measuring instruments. Operators shall strictly follow standard PCB layout for wave soldering, avoid excessive force when inserting batteries and store finished holders in dry environments to prevent spring steel contact rust. Tin Plated DIP Socket features standard through-hole pins compatible with traditional wave soldering for mass PCB assembly production.
