HPV95 is a swashplate tandem variable axial piston pump, serving as the core hydraulic power assembly for Komatsu PC200-7 medium crawler excavator.
This dual-pump integrated structure adopts negative flow control with built-in pilot gear pump, matched for Komatsu PC200-7 hydraulic system. It delivers high-pressure hydraulic oil to drive boom, arm, bucket, slewing and travelling hydraulic actuators of excavator. 3. Working Principle
The engine drives the main shaft and cylinder block to rotate synchronously. The reciprocating motion of pistons forms continuous oil suction and high-pressure discharge circulation.
The EPC proportional regulator automatically adjusts the tilt angle of the swashplate according to the load signal, changes pump displacement and adjusts output flow to match real-time load demand. Optimized power matching reduces overflow loss, lowers fuel consumption and stabilizes hydraulic oil temperature.
The complete hydraulic system realizes all composite operations including excavation, lifting, travelling and slewing of medium excavator.
