Two-stage pneumatic drive with P1/P2 air ports. P1 delivers rapid pre-compression stroke (low-pressure, high-speed approach), P2 engages power stroke for force multiplication. Runs on standard 0.4–0.7 MPa shop air — no hydraulic power unit required.
Intensification ratio derived from 63 mm air piston driving 50 mm oil plunger, yielding 3 Ton (30 kN) output force at 5 mm power stroke. Total cycle time < 2 seconds depending on tool volume. Hydraulic section pre-filled with ISO VG 32 / 46 mineral oil.
Tie-rod construction: 4× chrome-plated steel tie rods with acorn dome nuts, field-serviceable seal replacement. Integrated side-mount oil reservoir with transparent level sight. Compact vertical footprint saves machine space versus traditional hydraulic power pack.
Seals: NBR / PU combination for pneumatic section, PTFE step seal for high-pressure oil section. Operating temperature -10°C to +60°C. Mounting via top-plate flange with 4× through-bolt pattern.
Typical applications: pneumatic press tooling, riveting / staking / crimping stations, spot welding clamp actuation, sheet metal punching, assembly bench jigs requiring high force from plant air only.
