GPT30FC-1 is one of the regular products of Luoyang Golden Egret, which is an Nickel-based product for coating application using the PTA or laser cladding process. It is an excellent choice for dimensional restoration and repair.

The powder materials discussed herein are cermet composites, consisting of a nickel-chrome alloy, boron, and silicon, and are manufactured using gas atomized. The powders were designed to produce coatings with variederosion resistance and abradability, as desired by the customer to suit the end application, and for service temperatures up to 700 °C .

GPT30FC-1 is normally applied to Glass molds for preliminary molding, various forming dies. Max operating temperature 700 ℃.

GPT30FC-1 is widely used by HVOF, PTA and Laser cladding coating.
