3. Working Principle
Pressure hydraulic oil enters rodless chamber or rod chamber to drive piston and piston rod for linear reciprocating movement, to complete clamping, pushing, lifting, turnover and shearing actions of metallurgical machinery.
Built-in adjustable buffer structure effectively absorbs mechanical impact at stroke ends; integrated check valve realizes rapid startup; air vent valve discharges trapped air inside cylinder to eliminate crawling and unstable movement.
