Fully Automatic AB Adhesive Potting and Dispensing Machine — MZ-AB-D

The MZ-AB-D is a fully automatic system for metering, mixing and dispensing two-component epoxy resin. It supports controlled dot, line and surface potting processes with separate A and B material supply lines.

Material Suitability

The machine is designed for two-component epoxy resin. Other two-component materials require evaluation based on viscosity, filler content, mixing ratio, pot life, curing conditions and valve compatibility. Single-component adhesives do not require this AB metering and mixing system.

Process Features

The touchscreen provides visual parameter setup and displays A/B output values. The controller calculates the corresponding B-material quantity from the selected ratio and A-material output. Separate material paths and dynamic or static mixing options support stable preparation before dispensing.

Customization

Travel, fixtures, dispensing heads, mixing valves, screw-valve configuration, heating, stirring, vacuum feeding and production-line interfaces can be configured according to the adhesive and workpiece.
