This battery holder adopts black UL VO PA6 plastic reinforced with 30 percent glass fiber as housing and C2680-EH copper contacts finished with standard 100 micro inch tin plating, with multiple optional gold plating grades from gold flash to 30 micro inch gold to enhance anti oxidation and conductive performance. It features 180 TYPE structural design with dedicated matched PCB layout for welding assembly, supporting tray bag and tape reel three packaging modes to fit manual operation and automated high speed SMT production lines. The product operates steadily between minus 55 degrees Celsius and 105 degrees Celsius, holding maximum 30 milliohms contact resistance, minimum 1000 megaohms insulation resistance and 500V AC dielectric withstand voltage, widely deployed in digital cameras communication devices industrial control modules smart home appliances electronic toys and precision measuring instruments.
