The finished assembly comes pre-installed with injectors, springs, and pressure regulating shims; ready for immediate installation. Standard high-pressure fuel line interface; no modification required.

Product Advantages: Each unit is pressure tested at the factory for uniform injection pressure; resistant to diesel corrosion and high temperatures; available as a single assembly or with a separate repair kit; uniform atomization, improving power, reducing fuel consumption and black smoke.

Replacement and Installation Points:

Clean the cylinder head and remove carbon deposits before installation; replace with a brand new copper gasket each time to prevent diesel fuel leakage.

If the engine emits black smoke or lacks power, adjust the opening pressure by adding or removing shims.

Replace the diesel fuel filter simultaneously, as impurities easily clog the fuel injector orifice.

Tighten the pressure nut to the standard torque; excessive force will deform and ruin the fuel injector.
