Product Overview

MPCV stack‑mounted pilot operated check valve, also known as modular hydraulic lock, is sandwich‑plate directional control hydraulic valve conforming to ISO4401 installation standard. It is stacked between solenoid directional valve and manifold block without extra manifold plate. Poppet‑type sealing realizes near‑zero static leakage, holding load position and preventing cylinder drifting or piston sinking. Available in A‑port, B‑port and W‑type(A&B dual‑port hydraulic lock) versions, widely used for load‑holding circuit in various industrial hydraulic system.

Working Principle

1. Free forward flow: When hydraulic oil flows in forward direction, oil pressure overcomes spring force to open poppet spool, fluid passes through with low pressure drop.

2. Reverse leak‑free locking: Under reverse load pressure, spring force and back‑pressure press poppet tightly against valve seat. Oil circuit is sealed to hold load position for long‑time, no drifting occurs.

3. Pilot unlocking: Supply pilot control pressure, pilot piston pushes poppet open to realize reverse oil flow and release locked load. W‑type dual‑port version can lock A‑port and B‑port circuit independently for double‑acting cylinder anti‑slippage protection.
