BLF06‑00‑00 is a screw‑in threaded cartridge hydraulic valve, installed inside manifold valve block. Compact cartridge‑style structure, no external casting housing required. Mainly applied for pressure relief, over‑pressure safety protection inside hydraulic system. Widely used for small hydraulic power units, engineering machinery, agricultural machinery and special‑equipment hydraulic circuits.

Working Principle

It is direct‑acting poppet‑type relief cartridge valve.

1. When system pressure is lower than preset spring force, poppet stays closed, oil does not overflow.

2. Once hydraulic pressure exceeds setting value, poppet opens, excess oil flows back to tank inside manifold, so as to limit and stabilize system working pressure.

3. Protect hydraulic pump and actuators against pressure overload.
