Working Principle

This is direct‑acting poppet relief cartridge valve.

1. When hydraulic circuit pressure is lower than pre‑set spring tension, poppet remains closed, no overflow flow occurs.

2. Once system pressure exceeds spring setting value, poppet opens, excess hydraulic oil flows back to tank inside manifold block. System pressure will be stabilized at target value.

3. Effectively protect hydraulic pump, cylinders and other actuators from pressure overload damage.
