Product Overview

DHF10‑227L‑D is a 10‑size bi‑directional normally‑open screw‑in cartridge solenoid valve for hydraulic system. Under power‑off condition, the oil passage keeps bi‑directional conducting. When energized, the valve spool acts to cut off the oil flow in both directions. Equipped with manual override knob for emergency manual operation. Widely used in hydraulic power units, lifting machinery, mobile equipment and safety protection circuits of hydraulic system.

As a screw-in CARTRIDGE VALVE, it acts as an essential automatic control component within the hydraulic system. Working Principle

1. De‑energized state (Normally‑Open): The return spring holds the spool at original position. The internal oil port remains bi‑directional open, hydraulic oil can flow freely in both directions.

2. Energized state: Electromagnetic force drives the spool to shift, blocks the bi‑directional oil passage, cuts off oil flow of the circuit.

3. Manual override function: The red knob on valve top can push spool mechanically for emergency operation during power failure, resets automatically after releasing.

4. When power is cut off, return spring pushes spool back to normally‑open position automatically.
