This SMT ejector header adopts PA6T with 30 percent glass fiber reinforced UL94V0 flame retardant plastic as main insulator, alternative LCP and PA9T housing materials and three optional colors black blue gray, matched with brass contact pins finished with nickel base layer plus diversified plating options including tin gold flash and selective gold plating from 3 micro inch to 30 micro inch to stabilize contact resistance within 20 milliohm maximum and deliver 1.0 Amp rated current under wide operating temperature range of minus 40 degree Celsius to plus 105 degree Celsius withstanding 500V AC DC voltage and maintaining insulation resistance above 1000 megaohm. It features standard 1.27mm pin pitch, customizable contact counts from 10 pins to 60 pins and multiple packaging solutions tray bag tube tape and reel with cap to fit manual assembly and fully automatic SMT reflow production lines.
