Product Overview

DLF10‑01‑00 is a 10‑size solenoid‑operated threaded cartridge relief valve for hydraulic system. It is installed into standard T‑2A cartridge cavity of manifold block. This hydraulic cartridge component integrates pressure‑limiting relief function and solenoid remote unloading function. When solenoid de‑energized, it acts as system overload‑protection relief valve; when solenoid energized, it realizes remote pressure unloading for energy saving. Widely used for hydraulic power units, lifting platforms, agricultural machinery and mobile equipment hydraulic manifold blocks.

Working Principle

1. Solenoid de‑energized: Internal pilot oil passage is closed. The relief valve works normally. When system pressure exceeds preset value, the valve opens and discharges excess oil to tank, providing overload protection for hydraulic pump and hydraulic system. System maintains set working pressure.

2. Solenoid energized: Pilot oil circuit opens, main valve spool opens, system pressure unloads to near zero pressure, reducing power consumption and achieving energy‑saving effect.

3. Rotate the pressure‑adjusting screw to set required relief pressure according to actual working conditions.
