1. Product Overview

YF08-00 is a standard 08-size threaded cartridge relief valve, designed for modular integrated hydraulic manifold installation. It adopts screw-in compact structure to save valve block layout space, mainly used for system overload pressure limiting and pressure stabilization protection. Widely applied in mini excavators, portable hydraulic clamping jigs, agricultural machinery, small hydraulic power packs and other compact hydraulic loops to avoid component damage caused by pressure surge.

YF08-00 Threaded Cartridge Valve is a direct-acting pressure control Hydraulic valve. It is a screw-in CARTRIDGE VALVE, playing a critical safety and pressure regulating role in the hydraulic system. This threaded CARTRIDGE VALVE can be screwed directly into manifold blocks, removing cumbersome external pipelines. It effectively optimizes layout and makes the whole hydraulic system compact and neat. As a safety relief component, this Hydraulic valve limits peak pressure and prevents overload damage to the hydraulic system.

3. Working Principle

Under normal working conditions, the poppet is pressed against the sealing seat by preset spring force to keep the overflow passage closed. When inlet hydraulic pressure exceeds the spring calibrated threshold, fluid pushes the poppet open to divert excess flow to the oil tank, limiting the maximum pressure of the whole circuit. When system pressure drops below the set value, the spring automatically resets the poppet to cut off overflow, maintaining stable loop pressure. The precision poppet structure effectively reduces internal leakage for reliable long-term pressure control.
