XS265S Fully Hydraulic Single Drum Roller

Large-scale embankment projects often encounter problems such as insufficient compaction of deep subgrades and lengthy compaction times for multiple layers. Large-tonnage compaction equipment often lacks sufficient traction to handle steep slopes and complex foundations. The XS265S roller features an enhanced power and vibration system, meeting the requirements of high-standard subgrade construction and effectively shortening the compaction period.

The XS265S has a working weight of 26,000 kg, a rated engine power of 162 kW, a steel drum compaction width of 2130 mm, a static linear load of 830 N/cm, dual vibration frequencies of 28 Hz and 33 Hz, high and low frequency excitation forces of 460 kN/335 kN, and a maximum climbing ability of 50%. During construction, it is used in conjunction with the Asphalt Paver for compacting water-stabilized base courses; in site leveling, it works with the Bull Dozer for paving earthwork, and the Crawler Excavator is used for slope trimming. In old road reconstruction projects, following the Cold Milling Machine for compacting recycled pavement, this fully hydraulically driven machine offers excellent ride comfort and shock absorption, and is widely used in highway, mining, and dam filling operations.
