1. Product Overview
YYS08-00 is a standard 08-port threaded cartridge bi-directional pilot-operated check valve (hydraulic lock), integrating two independent pilot check valves in one compact screw-in body. It is designed for double-chamber synchronous locking of hydraulic cylinders, to prevent load-induced drifting, accidental falling and position shifting when the system loses pressure. Widely adopted for excavator outriggers, aerial work platforms, forklift lifting mechanisms, tunneling machinery support cylinders and compact hydraulic power packs for reliable long-term load holding protection。

3. Working Principle
1. Locked idle state: No pressure supplied to either control port, dual poppets are pressed tightly against seats by springs and load pressure. Both oil passages are fully sealed, locking the cylinder at a fixed position to eliminate gravity-driven sinking or drifting。
2. Cylinder extending (forward flow): Pressure oil feeds into one chamber, pushing the local poppet open for oil inflow; meanwhile, partial pressurized oil acts as pilot pressure to pry open the opposite poppet, enabling smooth return flow from the other cylinder chamber.
3. Cylinder retracting: The hydraulic control logic reverses symmetrically for stable two-way actuation; once inlet pressure cuts off, both poppets reset instantly to re-lock the cylinder双腔油路。
