4. Working Principle

The motor drives the driving gear to rotate and turn the driven gear synchronously. The expanding volume of the suction chamber creates negative pressure to draw hydraulic oil from the tank; oil travels through gear tooth gaps to the pressure chamber, where shrinking volume compresses oil for high-pressure output. A matched relief valve caps the maximum system pressure.
