It possesses optimal rigidity and impact resistance, ensuring a robust blister structure that effectively protects the medication during storage and transport. The film offers excellent chemical stability with no leaching of harmful substances; residual vinyl chloride monomer levels are strictly controlled within standard limits, and it does not interact with most solid medications. It also demonstrates excellent heat-sealing compatibility with PTP pharmaceutical aluminum foil, creating a tight seal that protects against moisture and dust. Additionally, the surface is suitable for printing information such as drug names, batch numbers, and expiration dates.

This white opaque PVC film is widely used for the unit-dose blister packaging of light-sensitive medications, including vitamins, antibiotics, and traditional Chinese medicine pills. For products requiring superior moisture protection, the film can be further enhanced with a PVDC coating to improve barrier performance, balancing ease of processing with long-term storage safety for the medication.
