1. Product overview
Shenzhen Xintaiming Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd builds and ships hydraulic presses. The company has built presses since 2008, with assembly in Shenzhen and a production base in Jiangxi. The machine on this page is a
Four Column Hydraulic Press Machine. Buyers use it as a shop-floor press: form a part, hold
pressure, return the slide, take the part out. We sell the machine first. Process support comes later if you ask for it.
The frame is a three-beam, four-column stack. Four ground columns keep the slide square to the table while the main cylinder works. That is the difference between a
Four Column Hydraulic Press and a C-frame single-column press: the load path is closed, so off-center work is less likely to tilt the slide. Tonnage, stroke, daylight and table size are selected when you order. Common export sizes sit between 100 ton and 315 ton; other sizes are quoted from the same layout.
A
Servo Hydraulic Press version of the same frame is available when you need programmable force and position. If you only need a conventional pump, we still build the standard circuit. The listing name stays
Four Column Hydraulic Press Machine either way, so purchasing can compare frame size first.
2. Core advantages
- Closed four-column frame. The upper beam, slide and bolster are tied by four columns. Die height stays repeatable after the machine has been running a shift, which matters more than a brochure claim about “high rigidity.”
- Cartridge-valve manifold. Fewer pipe joints than a scattered valve stand, so leaks show up less often after sea freight and first oil fill.
- Table and slide T-slots. Dies clamp without welding extra plates onto a new machine.
- Optional lower ejector. Useful when a part sticks in the lower die. Not every buyer needs it; say so in the inquiry.
- Voltage and color are not locked. 380 V / 50 Hz is the default. 415 V and 220 V panels have been built when the destination grid required them.
3. What the machine actually does
The slide comes down at idle speed, shifts to a slow press speed near the part, holds, then returns. That cycle is enough for:
- sheet forming and flanging
- cold press-fit of bushings and bearings
- compression of pads, boards and other stack materials that need even pressure more than high speed
A
Servo Press package adds a servo motor on the main pump. Idle power drops because the motor is not spinning a full-flow pump against a relief valve all day. Force and position can be stored as a recipe. Choose that package when the part cost is high enough to justify the extra drive. Choose the standard pump when you want a straightforward Four Column Hydraulic Press and a lower invoice.
Standard configuration we quote from (not a frozen factory model):
Item | Typical range
Nominal force | 1000–3150 kN (100–315 ton class)
System pressure | 25 MPa
Slide stroke | 500–800 mm
Max. opening height | 800–1250 mm
Table (L-R × F-B) | about 710 × 580 mm to 1260 × 1120 mm
Ejector | optional, about 20–25% of main force
Motor | 7.5–22 kW class on the standard pump; servo package sized to the same flow
Control | button station as default; PLC + HMI when specified
Those numbers move with the order. If your die is taller than the daylight in the table, we raise the columns. If your part is wider than the table, we widen the beams. Do not treat the table above as a catalog that cannot change.
4. Typical jobs (not named-customer claims)
We do not publish other buyers’ names on this page. The jobs below are the kind of work this frame is already used for.
Job A — metal cover / bracket
A 200 ton class Four Column Hydraulic Press Machine draws or flanges a steel cover. Stroke about 700 mm, table near 900 × 900 mm. Buyer sends the die, or we quote the press only.
Job B — trim after casting
A 100 ton class machine works as a Heavy duty four column press for stamping the gate and flash off a small aluminum casting. Lower ejector helps the trimmed part leave the die.
Job C — pad and board pressing
The same four-column layout is used as a Hydraulic four column press for molding insulation pads and similar stacks. Heated platens and vacuum boxes are extra items. They are not assumed in the base machine. If you need heat or vacuum, write that in the inquiry so the quotation is not for a cold press.
Job D — press-fit
Motor housings, pins and bearings. Here a Servo Hydraulic Press package is the usual request because the buyer wants a force curve, not only a pressure gauge.
5. Where it is used, and how we sell it
Shops that buy this machine usually sit in metal forming, auto parts, electrical housings, hardware, and material pressing. The purchase is the press. What you make on it after commissioning is your production plan.
How an order normally runs:
1. Send die size, required force, stroke and daylight — or send a part drawing and we size the press.
2. We return a quotation with frame size, pump type (standard or servo), voltage and delivery.
3. Terms we work with: FOB, CFR or CIF. Deposit by T/T, balance before shipment, L/C at sight when the bank file is clean.
4. Lead time for a standard four-column frame is commonly 20–35 days after deposit. Servo packages and special tables add time.
5. Packing is a seaworthy wooden case or film plus steel pallet, depending on height.
6. Documents: packing list, commercial invoice, and the wiring diagram that matches the panel we built.
Shenzhen Xintaiming Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. manufactures the Four Column Hydraulic Press Machine in-house. We are selling the equipment. Application engineering for aerogel pads, phone covers or other finished goods is a separate discussion after the machine specification is fixed.
6. FAQ
Q1. Is this a Servo Press or a standard hydraulic press?
A. The frame is the same Four Column Hydraulic Press. The drive can be a standard motor-pump group or a Servo Hydraulic Press package. Say which one you want. If you only write “hydraulic press,” we quote the standard circuit.
Q2. Can one machine do forming, stamping and molding?
A. The slide does not care about the industry name. An Industrial four column press for forming, a Heavy duty four column press for stamping, and a Hydraulic four column press for molding all need a controlled downstroke and a solid table. The die and the tonnage decide whether the job is safe. Send the process and we will say if 100 ton is enough or if you need 200 or 315.
Q3. Do you install overseas?
A. Video commissioning is standard. A technician can travel if the purchase contract includes that line. Most buyers put oil in, wire the panel to local code, and run the first cycle with us on a call.
Q4. What should I put in the first inquiry?
A. Force, table size, stroke, daylight, voltage, and whether you need an ejector or a servo pump. A photo of the old press or the die also works.
Q5. Will the nameplate show a factory model?
A. Yes, after the specification is frozen. This page leaves the public model field empty on purpose so the first conversation is about size and function, not an internal code.
Q6. Can you add heating platens later?
A. Yes, if the column daylight and the hydraulic power were sized for the extra stack height and the extra heat load. Tell us before fabrication if heat is certain. Adding platens to a finished cold press is possible but slower and more expensive.
To request a quotation, send the force and the table size to Shenzhen Xintaiming Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. Ask for the Four Column Hydraulic Press Machine if you want this frame, and mention forming, stamping or molding so the pump and the ejector are quoted correctly.
