Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd. manufactures PHEM07 series 2.54mm dual row angle SMT pin headers equipped with optional locating posts to realize reliable surface mount board-to-board signal and power transmission, pin count ranges from 02P to 80P with standard 2.54mm pitch and two angle types Type A and Type B for different PCB layout demands, fixed width of 6.1mm with standardized dimensional tolerances to match precise SMT reflow soldering. This angled SMT header adopts UL94V0 flame retardant PA6T plastic insulator, square 0.64SQ brass pins with full nickel base plating and diverse plating choices including tin, gold flash, 3u",5u",10u",15u",30u" full or selective gold plating, electrically rated at maximum 3A current, 1000 megohm minimum insulation resistance and 20 milliohm maximum contact resistance, supporting stable operation between minus 65 degree Celsius and plus 125 degree Celsius and fully compliant with HSF and RoHS lead-free environmental standards, multiple packaging solutions such as tray bag tube tube with cap tape reel and tape reel with cap adapt to automatic SMT assembly production lines. This locating post equipped dual row SMT pin header is widely applied in liquid crystal display modules, digital cameras, communication devices, industrial control panels, portable storage equipment, digital household appliances, electronic toys, computer peripherals, automotive electronic assemblies and precision measuring instruments that require compact surface mount interconnection.
