Instructions for Use
1. The stuffing tube shall match the inner diameter of the shirred casing. It is recommended that the diameter of the stuffing tube be 1.0-1.5 mm smaller than the inner diameter of the shirred casing.
2. The diameter of stuffed sausage shall not exceed the nominal casing diameter by more than 1.0 mm.
3. Refer to the table below for stuffing speed and hanging rod sections applicable to sausages of different weights.
4. Recommended hot processing cooking temperature: ≤78℃; baking temperature: ≤150℃.
Precautions
1. Keep the original package intact before use. Use immediately after opening the vacuum bag. Reseal and store any unused casings.
2. Slide the casing onto the stuffing tube in the correct direction.
3. Store casings in a dark, ventilated and dry environment; room temperature storage is permitted.
