The HJ208S customized injection molding machine is exclusively developed for UPVC rigid pipe fittings, abandoning the defects of ordinary universal machines such as material scorching, screw corrosion and unstable temperature control leading to black marks on finished products. Equipped with non-return-ring-free low-shear anti-corrosion bimetallic screw and segmented forced air cooling temperature control system, it strictly locks the narrow processing temperature range to prevent UPVC material decomposition and yellowing. Upgraded high-torque plasticizing power perfectly matches the high viscosity and poor fluidity of UPVC raw materials, while reinforced clamping structure effectively avoids mold swelling deformation. The servo closed-loop pressure control ensures complete filling of multi-cavity elbows, tees and valve parts with no short shots. It greatly extends the service life of screw and barrel, cuts waste rate and downtime for mold cleaning, reduces long-term power consumption, and delivers a targeted molding solution for mass production of UPVC pipeline and electrical wiring accessories.
