Operation Manual for E330 Bucket Tooth

1. Bucket Teeth Product Overview

E330 bucket tooth is suitable for CAT E330 excavator, matched with adapter, pin and retainer clip. Made of wear-resistant alloy cast steel with heat treatment. Two types: standard dirt tooth & heavy rock tooth, applied for soil, sand and rock excavation.

2. Installation

Park excavator on flat ground, lower bucket, shut down engine and release hydraulic pressure. Wear safety goggles and gloves.

Remove retainer clip and pin, take off old tooth. Inspect adapter; replace adapter if cracked or over-worn.

Clean adapter bore and pin hole, fit new bucket tooth, align holes, drive pin in and install retainer clip. Shake tooth to confirm tightness. Recheck after 1~2 working hours.

3. Excavator Bucket Teeth Operation Instruction

Keep bucket tooth vertical to digging surface. Avoid side force and heavy impact hitting on rocks.

Replace bucket tooth when: tooth height worn over 1/3, crack, breakage or excessive clearance.

4. Digger Bucket Teeth Maintenance & Safety

Daily visual inspection for tooth, pin and clip.

Shut down machine before replacement. Do not use mismatched spare parts.
