Unmatched Corrosion Protection The secret to our longevity lies in our enhanced galvanization process. We increase the immersion time in molten zinc to achieve a coating thickness that exceeds 100 microns. For even harsher conditions, we apply an optional high-build epoxy primer and polyurethane topcoat over the galvanized surface. This creates a dense barrier that prevents chloride ions from reaching the steel core of the high mast lamp structure.
