Phase I of the project involved the purchase of 50 sets of high-speed copper stranding equipment, including 500-type and 630-type high-speed copper stranding machines and a 630-type power wire feeding rack. The equipment boasts a high degree of automation, stable tension, and excellent finished product roundness, meeting the requirements for precision conductor production in automotive applications and complying with stringent quality standards for automotive cables. Phase II of the plant upgrade plan saw the customer order another 8 sets of Hongli's φ70 and φ90 high-end extrusion equipment, capable of precision extrusion of cable insulation and sheathing, covering the entire process of high and low voltage automotive cables, and achieving a closed-loop intelligent production line from conductor stranding to finished product extrusion.
