Our 1-4×1500mm hot rolled steel Coil Slitting Line is heavy-duty Coil Cutting Machine. It comes with integrated Straightening Machine and can be upgraded into Cut To Length Line. Fitted with reinforced Slitting Knife Blade and anti-abrasion Longitudinal Shear Rubber Sleeve, the unit is specially optimized for hard hot rolled steel coil slitting.
It handles hot rolled coils with thickness range 1–4mm and maximum width 1500mm. The complete line includes heavy load decoiler, pinch feeding machine, Straightening Machine, slitting host, scrap winder, loop tension rack and recoiler. Thickened Slitting Knife Blade adapts to high hardness hot rolled plate, while Longitudinal Shear Rubber Sleeve reduces friction damage during conveying.
Many ordinary Coil Cutting Machine cannot cope with thick hot rolled materials, while this heavy Coil Slitting Line supports upgrading to Cut To Length Line to produce strips and cut-to-length sheets.
