The raw material for low nitrogen carbon raiser is petroleum coke. Petroleum coke undergoes high-temperature graphitization treatment at 2200-2600 ℃, with fixed carbon C ≥ 98.5%, S ≤ 0.05%, N ≤ 100ppm, ash content ≤ 1%, and volatile matter ≤ 0.5%. The carburizer for cast iron are graphite crystals with high absorption rate. Low sulfur does not increase the thermal brittleness of the product. There are very few impurities. Suitable for ductile iron, automotive precision castings, and alloy steel.
