This handheld hydraulic cable crimper is a battery-driven hydraulic termination tool for copper and aluminum cable lug assembly used in electrical installation and maintenance work, and this battery-hydraulic cable lug press tool produces stable high compression force without pumping motions to the manual arm to provide high quality output terminal joints. Equipped with C-shape open crimping jaw and swivels freely within narrow cabinets and overhead working space, this MARSHINE Cable Lug Press Tool also enables quick die change so technicians can quickly switch different terminal sizes on site. With intelligent pressure-sensing valve that automatically retracts the ram when crimp pressure reaches preset threshold, this cable compression tool is the only one that prevents crushing the lugs or conductors, and eliminating much of the guesswork in field termination assignments.

This is a small-sized battery operated cable lug compression tool for copper conductors from 16 up to 400mm² with a maximum crimping force of 120kN.

One 5.0Ah battery, fully charged, runs about 130 crimps on 150mm²copper lugs, so you’ll probably get through a fair number of batches in the field before you have to recharge it.
