1. This machine is used for cutting various parts, and can automatically and continuously complete milling, drilling, boring, expanding, reaming, spot facing, thread milling and other processes. It features high precision, high speed, high automation, and capability to machine small complex parts.
2. The machine adopts a curved outline, mechatronics design, centered gravity, low base, large base span, wide guideway span. Non-moving parts are heavy, moving parts are light. Thin-wall multi-rib structure is widely used. Full enclosure protection, digital control, and elegant appearance.
3. The machine body is cast with HT250 material, treated with one-time tempering, featuring high rigidity and low deformation.
4. Three axes adopt high-precision ball screws driven by servo motors, with direct connection between motor and screw, ensuring accurate positioning, fast response and no backlash.
5. Three axes are equipped with linear ball guideways, enabling accurate rapid movement, bearing forces in all directions, no crawling at low feed, low noise, low friction, long-lasting precision. All moving parts can be lubricated.
6. Standard ISO20 high-speed high-rigidity mechanical spindle, 1KW spindle motor, belt connection between motor and spindle, fast response, low vibration.
7. Standard 10-station disc tool magazine, controlled by absolute servo motor, stable, efficient and no step loss.
8. Equipped with absolute-control full-digital high-performance high-reliability CNC system, powerful functions and easy operation, providing efficient and precise motion control and process solutions for various industries.
9. Full-enclosure sheet metal protection, with automatic chip conveyor and tool cooling system. PC endurance plates are installed on two sides as observation windows for safe and clear viewing of internal machining.
10. All finished machines undergo 48-hour full-load running and test cutting to ensure optimal positioning accuracy and servo performance. Strict inspection is carried out before delivery to maintain long-term stability of all accuracies.
