Rexroth Z2FS10‑20B Sandwich Stack Valve
Product Overview
The Rexroth Z2FS10‑20B is a high‑precision double throttle‑check Hydraulic valve with sandwich stack structure, serving as a core flow‑regulating component in industrial and construction hydraulic system. This stacked Hydraulic valve integrates two independent throttle‑check units, which can separately adjust the inflow and outflow flow of hydraulic cylinders and motors, accurately stabilize the movement speed of actuators, and avoid hydraulic impact and unstable action of the Machine. Adopting NG10 (CETOP 05) standard sandwich mounting size, it can be directly installed between directional valve and manifold block, simplifying pipeline layout, reducing leakage points and optimizing the space arrangement of hydraulic stations. With adjustable lockable throttle knobs and precision‑matched internal spool, it realizes stable meter‑in or meter‑out speed regulation, greatly improving the motion smoothness and operation safety of the whole hydraulic system. It is widely applied for OEM assembly, routine maintenance and spare‑parts replacement of injection molding machines, hydraulic presses, engineering machinery and automated production equipment.

Working Principle
Pressure oil from the hydraulic system enters the two working ports of the Hydraulic valve. In the forward direction, the adjustable throttle orifice limits the oil flow to control the speed of the executive component; in the reverse direction, the built‑in check valve opens completely, allowing oil to return freely without throttling loss. The lockable adjusting knob can precisely set the opening of the throttle port to match the speed requirement of the Machine. When the throttle spool is worn or the sealing ring fails, it will cause flow deviation, unstable speed and hydraulic impact of the equipment. Replacing a genuine Z2FS10‑20B can restore accurate flow regulation function and keep the hydraulic system running smoothly. By changing the installation orientation, the valve can switch between inlet throttling and outlet throttling to adapt to different circuit control demands.
Core Advantages
1. Authentic Rexroth hydraulic manufacturing quality, stable pressure resistance and flow control accuracy, effectively optimizing the motion stability of the hydraulic system.
2. Sandwich integrated design saves installation space, reduces external oil pipes and leakage risks, and optimizes the overall layout of the Machine.
3. Dual independent throttle channels realize separate speed control for two actuators, flexible to meet various working condition requirements of hydraulic equipment.
4. Optimized internal flow channel minimizes pressure drop, reduces energy consumption and oil temperature rise, and prolongs the service life of the Hydraulic valve.
5. Standard NG10 universal interface, compatible with most mainstream hydraulic valve groups, direct replacement without modifying original manifold plates, convenient for on‑site maintenance.
Application Range
Z2FS10‑20B double throttle check Hydraulic valve is an essential flow control element for hydraulic circuits. It is widely applied to injection molding machines, bending machines, construction machinery, automated production lines and other hydraulic‑driven Machine. Suitable for equipment manufacturers, hydraulic system maintenance workshops and global spare‑parts suppliers for routine maintenance, system upgrading and component replacement.
