Rexroth Z2S10‑70 Sandwich Stack Valve
Product Overview
The Rexroth Z2S10‑70 is a high‑leakage‑proof pilot‑operated check Hydraulic valve with sandwich stack structure, serving as a critical pressure‑holding and circuit‑locking component in industrial and construction hydraulic system. This stacked Hydraulic valve realizes bidirectional oil circuit locking, maintains stable pressure of hydraulic cylinders, and prevents load drift and accidental self‑movement of the Machine. Adopting NG10 (CETOP 05) standard sandwich mounting dimension, it can be vertically stacked with directional valves, throttle valves and pressure valves to form a compact integrated hydraulic manifold block. With precision poppet sealing structure and pre‑opening damping design, it achieves nearly zero internal leakage under long‑term pressure holding, effectively improving the safety, stability and anti‑impact performance of the whole hydraulic system. It is widely used for OEM assembly, routine maintenance and spare‑parts replacement of injection molding machines, hydraulic presses, engineering machinery and automated production equipment.

Working Principle
Pressure oil from the main circuit of the hydraulic system flows forward freely through the one‑way passage inside the Hydraulic valve. Without external pilot pressure, the valve completely blocks reverse oil flow, locking the pressure of the actuator cylinder and keeping the posture of the Machine stable. When the system needs to unload pressure, the pilot pressure signal pushes the internal control spool to open the poppet seat, releasing the trapped pressure smoothly with damping effect to avoid hydraulic impact. Wear of the spool, sealing ring or valve seat will cause internal leakage, pressure attenuation and pressure‑holding failure. Replacing a genuine Z2S10‑70 can restore reliable circuit locking function and guarantee stable operation of the hydraulic system. The pre‑opening structure effectively relieves pressure shock during switching, protecting downstream hydraulic components.
Core Advantages
1. Authentic Rexroth hydraulic manufacturing quality, stable high‑pressure resistance, greatly improving the pressure‑holding reliability of the hydraulic system.
2. Sandwich integrated design eliminates extra external oil pipelines, reduces leakage points and overall volume of the hydraulic station, optimizing the layout space of the Machine.
3. Poppet metal‑to‑metal sealing structure achieves ultra‑low internal leakage, maintaining load stability even after long‑time shutdown of the equipment.
4. Damped pre‑opening design reduces pressure spikes and vibration during valve switching, lowering fatigue damage to the whole hydraulic circuit.
5. Standard NG10 universal interface, fully compatible with mainstream hydraulic valve groups, direct replacement without modifying original manifold plates, convenient for on‑site maintenance and system transformation.
Application Range
Z2S10‑70 pilot check Hydraulic valve is an essential safety control element for hydraulic circuits. It is widely applied to injection molding machines, bending machines, construction machinery, aerial work platforms, automated production lines and other hydraulic‑driven Machine. Suitable for equipment manufacturers, hydraulic system maintenance workshops and global spare‑parts suppliers for routine maintenance, system upgrading and component replacement.
