Kawasaki K3VL140/80/45 Hydraulic Piston Pump
Product Overview
The Kawasaki K3VL140/80/45 is a high‑performance variable‑displacement swash‑plate Hydraulic piston pump, serving as the core power source for heavy‑duty open‑circuit hydraulic system of construction, industrial and off‑highway Machine[(Kawasaki H...)]. This reliable hydraulic pump converts mechanical energy into high‑pressure hydraulic oil, delivering stable and adjustable flow to drive cylinders, hydraulic motors and all actuators of the equipment. With displacements of 45cc, 80cc and 140cc for different power‑demand conditions, the Hydraulic piston pump adopts low‑pulsation optimized structure, effectively reducing noise and vibration during operation. Multiple control options including load‑sensing, constant‑pressure and torque‑limiting are available, greatly improving energy‑saving performance and operational stability of the whole hydraulic system. It is widely used for original equipment assembly, overhaul maintenance and spare‑parts replacement of excavators, rotary drilling rigs, concrete pump trucks, hydraulic stations and other heavy‑load Machine.

Working Principle
Engine power drives the input shaft of the Hydraulic piston pump. The rotating cylinder block pushes internal pistons to reciprocate against the swash‑plate, completing oil suction and high‑pressure oil discharge. The swash‑plate angle can be adjusted automatically or manually to change pump output flow, matching the speed requirement of the Machine. Pressurized hydraulic oil flows through pipelines and control valves to every actuator of the hydraulic system, providing power for lifting, slewing, travelling and excavation actions. When internal components including cylinder block, piston, valve plate and shoe wear, the hydraulic pump will generate internal leakage, insufficient pressure, slow action or weak power of the equipment. Replacing qualified K3VL series pump can fully restore the power performance of the Machine and keep the whole hydraulic system running normally.
Core Advantages
1. Proven Kawasaki hydraulic technology, stable high‑pressure output, significantly improving reliability and safety of the hydraulic system.
2. Low‑pulsation internal flow design, effectively lowering noise and vibration, creating a comfortable operating environment for the Machine.
