Working Principle
The 4WRZ(E)-7X proportional directional Hydraulic valve consists of a 3‑way pressure‑reducing pilot valve and a main spool valve. After receiving the electric control signal, the proportional solenoid drives the pilot valve to output pilot pressure in proportion to the input signal. The pilot pressure pushes the main spool to move, changing the opening size and flow direction of the main valve port. By adjusting spool displacement, the flow output can be steplessly changed, so as to control the movement speed and direction of actuators in the hydraulic system.
