Working Principle
YLH33 internal‑mesh Hydraulic gear pump consists of two sets of internal‑meshing gear pairs, crescent partition plate, pressure‑compensated side plates and cast‑iron pump housing. When the motor drives the main shaft to rotate, the internal and external gears rotate synchronously. The volume of the suction chamber increases to generate negative pressure, drawing hydraulic oil into the pump cavity. As gears rotate, the volume of pressure chamber shrinks, squeezing hydraulic oil out to supply the whole hydraulic system. The built‑in pressure‑compensation structure maintains high volumetric efficiency under variable pressure conditions.
