Working Principle
As the core pumping unit of Hydraulic Vane pump, VQ Series Cartridge Kit realizes oil suction and pressure delivery inside the hydraulic pump. Driven by the main shaft, rotor and vanes rotate inside cam ring. Centrifugal force pushes vanes tightly against cam‑ring inner surface. Volume change between vanes generates negative pressure for oil suction and positive pressure for oil delivery to supply the whole hydraulic system. Floating side plates perform automatic axial clearance compensation under oil pressure, maintaining high volumetric efficiency even under high‑pressure working condition of the Machine .
