Product Overview

SQP Series Cartridge Kit is the core wearable internal replacement assembly for Tokimec SQP low‑noise double Hydraulic Vane pump, serving as key consumable components of the whole hydraulic pump. It is widely used for overhaul and performance recovery of industrial hydraulic system and various hydraulic‑driven Machine.

This modular cartridge assembly includes rotor, vanes, cam ring, side pressure plates and matching sealing parts. Designed for SQP series double vane pump, including SQP43, SQP42, SQP41, SQP32, SQP31, SQP21 models. Adopting 12‑vane low‑noise structure, it can realize on‑site maintenance without removing the entire pump body from the Machine. Effectively restores rated flow and pressure output of the hydraulic system, avoiding the cost of replacing the whole hydraulic pump.

Working Principle

As the core pumping unit inside the Hydraulic Vane pump, SQP Series Cartridge Kit completes oil suction and pressure delivery for the hydraulic pump. Driven by main shaft, rotor and vanes rotate inside cam ring. Centrifugal force pushes vanes closely against cam‑ring inner surface. Periodic volume change between vanes generates oil suction and high‑pressure oil output to supply power for the whole hydraulic system. The balanced‑vane structure offsets radial hydraulic force, reducing bearing load and realizing low‑noise operation during long‑time running of the Machine.
