Product Overview

JTP Series Hydraulic Return Filter is a high-efficiency return-line FILTER, an indispensable protective component for industrial hydraulic system. Mounted on the oil return pipeline before the hydraulic tank, it intercepts solid contaminants generated during equipment operation, stopping impurities from re-entering the oil circuit and safeguarding core hydraulic parts inside the Machine.

This return FILTER purifies hydraulic oil returning from the actuator before it flows back into the reservoir. It captures metal wear debris, rubber fragments, dust and particulate contaminants produced by running Machine. Maintaining high cleanliness of hydraulic oil extends the service life of pumps, valves and cylinders within the hydraulic system. Working Principle

As a core return-line FILTER for the hydraulic system, contaminated hydraulic oil flows into the filter housing after power transmission inside the Machine. Solid particles are trapped by the multi-layer filter media, while purified oil flows back to the tank. This prevents abrasive contaminants circulating repeatedly in the hydraulic system, which would cause internal wear, leakage or premature failure of the Machine.

When the filter element accumulates contaminants and becomes clogged, the differential pressure rises to trigger the built-in bypass valve. The bypass valve opens to guarantee uninterrupted oil circulation and avoid shutdown of the Machine. A clogging indicator reminds operators to replace the element promptly to restore full filtration performance of the hydraulic system.
