Product Overview

RF Series Hydraulic Return Filter is a tank‑mount return-line FILTER, serving as an essential protective component for industrial hydraulic system. Installed on the top of hydraulic oil tank, it filters returning hydraulic oil before oil flows back into reservoir, intercepting solid pollutants produced during operation and protecting all hydraulic components of the Machine.

This return FILTER removes metal wear chips, rubber debris and dust particles generated from running Machine. It maintains the cleanliness of hydraulic oil, effectively reducing internal abrasion of pumps, valves and cylinders in the hydraulic system. Widely applied to standard hydraulic stations and general industrial Machine.

Working Principle

As a standard return-line FILTER for the hydraulic system, the contaminated hydraulic oil coming back from the Machine enters the filter housing. The filter element traps solid particles, and clean hydraulic oil flows down into the tank. It stops pollutants from continuously circulating inside the hydraulic system and prevents premature wear and leakage of the Machine.

Once the filter element is blocked by pollutants, differential pressure increases and the built-in bypass valve opens. This ensures oil circuit circulation will not be interrupted, avoiding sudden shutdown of the Machine. The clogging indicator reminds users to replace filter element on time to recover the filtration capacity of the hydraulic system.
