Product Overview

JPM Series Hydraulic High‑Pressure Filter is an inline high-pressure FILTER, an essential precision protection component for industrial hydraulic system. It is mounted directly on the pressure pipeline of the hydraulic circuit to trap fine solid contaminants and safeguard precision hydraulic components of the Machine.

This high-pressure FILTER adopts high-strength pressure housing to adapt to high-pressure working environments. It intercepts metal wear debris, rubber fragments and fine particulate impurities in pressurized hydraulic oil, maintaining high fluid cleanliness. It effectively prevents scratch and abrasion on proportional valves, servo valves, hydraulic cylinders and other core parts in the hydraulic system, prolonging service life and lowering failure probability of the entire Machine.

Working Principle

As a high-pressure inline FILTER for the hydraulic system, pressurized hydraulic oil flows through the filter housing. Tiny solid contaminants are captured by high-performance filter media, and cleaned high-pressure oil continues to be delivered to actuators of the Machine. It avoids hard particles damaging the precision matching surfaces of valves and pumps within the hydraulic system.

When the filter element accumulates contaminants, the differential pressure increases. The clogging indicator triggers an alarm to remind operators to replace the filter element timely. If the filter element is heavily blocked, the optional bypass valve opens to prevent oil supply interruption and unexpected shutdown of the Machine, ensuring continuous running of the hydraulic system.
